Heavy steel construction primary (inner) tank and side channels.
Tank design provides capacity for thermal expansion of fuel.
Integral diesel fuel tank is incorporated into the generator set base frame.
Welded steel containment basin (minimum of 110% of primary tank capacity)

Dual wall, secondary containment design.
Supply and return ports equipped with dip tubes.
Primary tank atmospheric vent – NPT with cap and screen
Design
Designed and built to comply with NFPA 30, 37, 110 .
Tank designed to contain coolant and engine oil spills.
Emergency vents on primary and secondary tanks are sized in accordance with NFPA 30.
Compatible with enclosures (weather protective and sound attenuated).
Testing and certificate
Hydrostatic pressure test: Primary and secondary tanks are leak tested at 20.7 kPa (3 psi) minimum.
